Dr. Leslie Baumann   Professor Leslie Baumann

Professor Leslie Baumann M.D. is internationally known for her contributions to the field of cosmetic dermatology including her textbook Cosmetic Dermatology which is the bestselling cosmetic dermatology textbook in the world and her New York Times bestselling book The Skin Type Solution which is in 6 countries. She also authors a Yahoo Health blog read by millions of people and a newspaper column in the Miami Herald.

Professor Baumann was involved in the research trials that led to FDA approval of many procedures including Botox, Dysport, Sculptra, and Juvederm and is currently involved with the development of many new dermatologic therapies.
 
Dr. Arthur Swift   Dr. Arthur Swift

An honours graduate of McGill University, Dr. Swift has been practicing the art of plastic surgery since 1984 and has served on the executive of several elite plastic surgical societies and international committees. He is a clinical investigator and sits on the global advisory board for many of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies in the cosmetic industry.

Dr. Swift is world-renowned as an expert and trendsetter in the rapidly developing field of cosmetic injectables. A mathematical analysis of beauty and an unrivalled passion for his craft have made him one of the most sought after lecturers on the global aesthetic circuit. He has appeared as a plastic surgery expert on radio and television shows in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, and is regularly consulted and quoted in the print media in all facets of cosmetic surgery.
 
Dr. Swift heads a highly trained staff of administrators and nurses dedicated to research and advancement of the medical aesthetic arts. In 2008, Dr. Swift pioneered and trademarked a revolutionary approach to non-surgical facial enhancement called BeautiPHIcation. He is the recipient of the Medicis Cosmetic Industry Award, given to the Canadian physician whose visionary work and innovative techniques have kept Canada at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. Through the BeautiPHIcation Academy, Dr. Swift has held MasterClasses for cosmetic physicians in 24 countries over 6 continents. Dr. Swift is presently in private practice in Montreal; he is co-director of the Westmount Institute of Plastic Surgery and Victoria Park Spa, and maintains an active academic staff position at St. Mary's Hospital, a Mcgill University affiliated institution.
 
Dr Rajeev Acquilla   Dr Rajeev Acquilla

Dr Raj Acquilla graduated from Manchester University in 1999 and during his 13 year medical career has gained 10 years experience in Cosmetic Dermatology having performed over 15,000 procedures.

He is an expert in medical aesthetics, facial contouring, volume replacement, Dermatological surgery including facial skin cancer and undergraduate / postgraduate clinical education. He runs two busy private clinics in Cheshire and his own Facial Aesthetic Academy where he is a recognised Advanced Trainer using the latest and innovative facial rejuventation techniques from around the world.
 
He is a full member and North West Regional Chair of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors, UK Ambassador for Allergan Facial Aesthetics and Key Opinion Leader in the cosmetic use of Botulinum toxin and Dermal Fillers. In addition to speaking at domestic and international events he is actively involved in scientific audit, research and development of pioneering products and techniques.

Paul Banwell   Paul Banwell

Paul Banwell Is a Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon based in the South East of England. Paul has developed an international reputation in the fields of cosmetic surgery, skin health and skin cancer and lectures worldwide on these subjects.

He has published extensively and is a Visiting Professor of Plastic Surgery to Harvard Medical School. He has just been listed in the Times Magazine as one of the UK's Top 100 Doctors (one of only 6 plastic surgeons) and is a familiar face in the National Media both on TV and in the Press.

 
Paul specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery but is particularly well known for breast augmentation, labiaplasty and mummy makeovers. He has also pioneered some of the latest concepts in skin health and chemical peels and is the Founder and Director the The Skin Institute UK.

Paul is a full member of the British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). He is also a founder member of the Safer Cosmetic Surgery group.

In his leisure time, Paul collects Japanese swords and tsubas, and enjoys garden design, surfing, skiing, running and is passionate about modern art.

Dr. Suzanne L. Kilmer, M.D.   Dr. Suzanne L. Kilmer, M.D.

Dr. Suzanne Kilmer is the Founder of the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Northern California, Clinical Professor at the University of California, Davis and past president of ASLMS.

She completed her M.D. degree and dermatology residency at U.C. Davis Medical Center, then moved east for her fellowship in laser surgery at Harvard Medical School's Wellman Laboratories of Photomedicine. She remained there as a faculty member for two more years researching the use of Q-switched lasers for treatment of tattoos and pigmented lesions and the rapidly pulsed CO2 lasers now popular for resurfacing.
 
Upon returning to Sacramento, Dr. Kilmer was a principal investigator in the original trials for laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, pulsed dye and fractional lasers for wrinkles and scars, picosecond laser treatment of tattoos, cryolipolysis, tissue tightening devices, and several filler studies. She lectures annually at national and international dermatology meetings and directs several laser courses. Widely published and on nine medical advisory boards, she has served in many capacities for ASLMS and is currently on the Board of Directors for ASDS. She was honored to be the 2008 Sturge-Weber Foundation roastee and the 2009 recipient of the prestigious ASLMS Ellet Drake lectureship award. When not playing in the electromagnetic spectrum, she loves to ski, surf, and play games with her husband and 3 children.
 
Peter A.M. Everts, (PhD)   Peter A.M. Everts, (PhD).

Working as general director and hyperbaric medicine and cell therapy specialist at the Da Vinci Clinic in the Netherlands, Peter Everts is a pioneer in the science and clinical applications of platelet growth factors technology. He has been the leading force behind groundbreaking research in the field of regenerative medicine in orthopaedics, plastic reconstructive surgery and chronic wounds.

He wrote and published more than 35 papers. One of his publications was the first book written about Platelet-rich Leukocyte gel basics and applications in clinical practice.
 
Peter Everts started his career as a clinical perfusionist and in addition to his clinical duties; he held a variety of posts including Chairman of the Dutch National Society for Extra Corporeal Circulation and Board member of the European Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion. He was a founding member of the department of Peri-operative blood management at the Catharina Hospital in Eindhoven, specializing in cell therapy programs.

Peter Everts received his PhD in Medicine in 2007 on the subject of platelet-derived growth factor device technology and applications. He has conducted extensive clinical and experimental research, such as platelet-rich plasma/platelet gel therapies, including some stem cell work in orthopaedics.

Further research topics included the areas of fat grafting, cellular-pharmacological therapies like bone marrow concentrate, adipose derived stem cells, all in a variety of clinical applications, including musculoskeletal injuries and reconstructive surgeries.
 
Dr. Francisco Manuel Falcão de Melo   Dr. Francisco Manuel Falcão de Melo

Dr. Francisco de Melo is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Aesthetica Clinic in Dubai. Before joining Aesthetica clinic, Dr. De Melo was a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and Head of the Surgery Department in the Military Hospital, Lisbon, Portugal. He is a Certified Board Plastic Surgeon, with over 18 years of experience in conducting aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He received his degree from the Faculty of Medical Science from the University Nova de Lisboa in Portugal. He completed his General Residency from the Hospitais Civis de Lisboa and his Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Residency from hospital of S.Jose in Lisbon.
 
Dr. De Melo was a fellow in the Pediatric Unit of the Tampere University Hospital in Finland and Burn Unit fellow at the Military Hospital of Brussels in Belgium. He is a member at the Medical Science Society of Lisbon, Portuguese and of the International Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Portuguese Society for Hand Surgery and the International Society for Burns injuries.

Dr. Francisco worked as a teaching assistant in Biochemistry Department and Human Genetics Department at FCML and the Micro Surgery workshops at the Plastic and Reconstructive Unit a the Hospital of S. Jose in Lisbon; in addition, he acts as a lecturer for different filler brands like Restylane, Macrolane and Ellanse.

Dr. De Melo is recognized for his excellence in aesthetic procedures in the field of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery in different areas like head, neck, hand and breast surgeries along with body contouring and oncological surgery. He's experienced in anti-aging and chronic wounds treatments.
 
Dr. Marc Salzman   Professor Gabriella Fabbrocini, MD

Prof. Fabbrocini trained at University Federico II of Naples (Italy), qualifying in 1989. She completed her dermatology training at University Federico II in 1992. Then, she specialized in sanitary statistics at University of Rome "La Sapienza". She was 1st level full time managing physician at the Division of Dermatology and Venereology, Department of Systematic Diseases – University Federico II of Naples from September 5 1997 to nowadays. She is currently Associate Professor of Dermatology at University Federico II of Naples.


 
Prof. Fabbrocini is author of numerous papers and books and has received several professional awards. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the Italian Society of Dermatology and Venereology (SIDEMAST). She is national vice president of the Italian Women Dermatologist Association (DDI). She was also co-founder Italian Acne Board (IAB) and Mediterranean Acne Board. She introduced the Dermaroller in Italy and has pioneered the treatment of acne scarring in her country.
